It’s finally Friday today. You mentioned that it was hot and that work had been busy, so thank you very much for joining the lesson. I was really happy to see you.
Today, you shared many things, including your favorite games such as Genshin Impact on the Sony PlayStation and Final Fantasy. Yes, speaking is the key to improving your Japanese, and you are truly putting that into practice. That’s wonderful.
Thank you for your hard work today. おつかれさまでした。 I hope you have a great weekend. See you next time. Stay well!
Today You studied verbs. In Japanese, the same verb form is used for both the present and the future. You learned many new words today, so please review them carefully. Keep up the great work!
We reviewed Lessons 1 and 2, and finished Lesson 3. You remembered Lessons 1 and 2 very well — that was wonderful. In our next lesson, let’s practice using “〜から” to give reasons.
Thank you very much for joining today’s lesson. It was truly wonderful to see you.
At the beginning, we talked about the wildfires in Ontario, Canada. It seems that masks will be necessary for a while, so please take good care of yourself.
In today’s lesson, we continued with Chapter 3, checking the vocabulary for giving a reason and reading the conversation together. In the dialogue, we looked at the phrase “Atsui kara iya.” The word “iya” means “I really don’t like it” in English.“Iya” is a casual expression, and adding “desu” makes it more formal: “iya desu.” You also made sentences using kakkoii and kakko warui to talk about your favorite subjects and anime. With this, you have finished Chapter 3 — excellent work.
Thank you for always taking careful notes and for sharing so many things during the lesson. I hope you felt it was a good and enjoyable time. Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
