Thank you for joining the lesson as always. It was great to see you again! In today’s lesson, we studied the phrases for expressing desires:“I want to…" ,“I don’t want to…,” and how to ask and answer the question "doko e(ni) ikitai desuka?(Where do you want to go?)”, For example: Doko e ikitai desu ka? / Ikitai kuni wa arimasu ka? (Do you have any countries you want to visit?)
Possible answers: * Nihon e ikitai desu. Furansu to Kanada mo ikitai desu. → I want to go to Japan. I also want to go to France and Canada.
* Twilight no location e ikitai desu. Ice cream o tabetai desu. → I want to go to the Twilight filming locations. I want to eat ice cream.
You understood the phrases from Lesson 2 very well. In the next lesson, we will read the dialogue in the textbook, check the vocabulary, and move on to Lesson 3.
Thank you for your effort and hard work today as well. Have a wonderful weekend. See you again next Friday!
We reviewed what you’ve learned so far and then moved on to the Intermediate1 textbook.
We worked on Chapter1, 「人を誘う(ひとをさそう)」“Inviting Someone,”and got about halfway through. Let’s continue from there next week.
The review of the Basic material included some difficult questions, but you remembered everything very well. That was wonderful! Let’s keep doing our best together in the Intermediate level, too.

Thank you for coming to the lesson. As speaking practice, you talked about Father’s Day. To master the sentence patterns “~sou desu” and “~you desu,” we worked on some practice exercises. Through Pokémon and the things they are based on, I introduced several vocabulary words. This time, we learned the words “uso” (lie), “hachi” (flower pot), and “ki” (tree).
