Thank you for joining the lesson. Continuing from our previous lesson, we read the second chapter of Volume 1 of Flying Witch together. We picked out unfamiliar words and looked up their meanings as we continued reading. Since you won't be able to attend next week's lesson, our next lesson will be on September 9.
Thank you for coming to the lesson. As output practice, you talked about what happened last week. We read Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of Flying Witch aloud again, and you picked out the words you didn’t know. Starting next week, we will go over the meanings and usage of those words.
こんばんわ!Thank you for joining the lesson today without missing any classes, even though you’ve been busy. It was great to see you again! First of all, you were able to read the dialogue in the textbook. As expected, you’re good at reading.
Then we started studying Intermediate 2, Lesson 4, talking about experiences. Forms of verbs ending in "た" or "だ" are called their ta-form, we add "ことがあります" to the ta-form to express past experiences. The rules for forming it are the same as "te-form".
For example, カリフォルニアロールをたべた ことがあります。 (I have eaten a California roll.) はつねみくのコンサートへいった ことがあります。 (I have been to a Hatsune Miku concert.)
Experience‑based phrases are often used in daily conversation, and after the te‑form, the ta‑form is also used very frequently, so this is an important part. Let’s practice it more in the next lesson. Well done. おつかれさまでした! See you tomorrow!
