あたまがいたいとき=When I have a headache きぶんがわるいとき=When I feel bad ちょうしがわるいとき=When my condition is bad しゅうちゅうできないとき=When I can't focus きがちるとき=When I get distracted ナイフをふりまわす=to flip a knife around *ふりまわす kind of sounds violently. Or ナイフをまわす=to flip a knife around *So this one is probably better to say.
