Thank you so much for joining our Japanese trial lesson today after such a busy day at work. I am truly delighted to have met you. I have never encountered a student who loves Japanese anime, food, and culture so much that it led them to become an ALT and live in Japan for two years! It’s no wonder you already know so much Japanese. Your pronunciation and intonation are incredibly natural—it was wonderful to hear. Today, we confirmed the purpose and goals for our lessons. Our purpose is to first recover the Japanese you haven't used in a while, and then to maintain it. As for our goal, we are aiming for you to reach the N3 level. It is fantastic that you are continuing to study Kanji as well. It would be my absolute pleasure to assist you in improving your Japanese. Our lesson today was so lively and fun. I am already looking forward to our next one. I look forward to working with you!
We had two consecutive lessons today, and you were very focused!
You did well in both vocabulary and reading comprehension.
Listening comprehension was a bit difficult today, as the words were hard to understand, but try to grasp the patterns of the questions and listen carefully!
Thank you for coming to the lesson. I apologize for the trouble caused by the technical issue with my computer during the first part of the lesson. We studied the grammar pattern transitive verb (te-form) + arimasu. Example: Suika ga hiyashite arimasu. ("The watermelons are chilled.")
Thank you for joined our makeup lesson. Today we reviewed about Direction. Please remember words especially to cross= watarimasu to turn=magarimasu Next week we'll review about restaurant situation again. Mata raisyu
