It can be quite difficult for Japanese people to decide whether to speak in the plain form (tamego) or the polite form. As adults, we typically use the polite form when speaking to anyone other than family or close friends. However, there comes a point in building friendships where the transition to the plain form occurs, and determining that timing can be challenging. Occasionally, there are individuals who speak in the plain form to everyone, which can feel somewhat odd. For Japanese people, whether someone uses the polite or plain form can be a measure of their social awareness and can significantly influence impressions. Therefore, I believe it's important for people to be mindful of this distinction.

日曜日から風邪をひいているんですね。だいぶ良くはなっているようで少し安心しました。一日でも早く治（なお）りますように。
今日は、テキストL４の最後までと、練習問題（れんしゅうもんだい）をやりました。
「そうな」「そうに」「そうだ」「そう（だ/です）」は、少し混乱（こんらん）しますがノートやテキストを見ながらやってみましょう。
宿題は書けたらフリーセンテンスで先週と同じように長い文を書いてください。

Thank you for taking a lesson on a Wednesday night. It was very good to see you today. Thank you for sharing about my pictures. We started the lesson to work on the textbook Lesson 3. In today's lesson, we practiced "Giving a reason" for the using some phrases like"atsui desukara juice o nomimasu","nihon e ikimasukara okane o tamemasu", so on.
You did well and you could understand structures. Well done, very nice work. We will study from stage 3 next time.
