Please check these letters: ナ、シ・ツ、ズ・ブ

Thank you for coming to class today!ありがとうございました。
I was excited to hear about your visit to Mitsuwa, a Japanese supermarket in the U.S. You had sushi and ramen there, and it sounds like your family enjoyed shopping at Daiso and buying manga as well. I really enjoyed hearing about your visit.
I was very surprised to hear that American comic books, such as Superman, cost only $4, while Japanese manga costs $21. Japanese manga is incredibly expensive in the U.S.!
I was also very surprised to hear that New York has both very cold days and very hot days right now. In Japan, it is hot every single day. I try to use a handheld fan whenever I walk outside.
Thank you for telling me so much about the World Cup. After Japan lost to Brazil, I lost some of my motivation to keep watching, so I was very surprised to hear that the tournament had already reached the semifinals. I also did not know which countries were still in the tournament, so thank you for telling me.
Spain, England, Argentina, and France are still in the tournament. I think I will cheer for England. The match starts at 4:00 a.m. in Japan, so I am not sure if I will be able to watch the whole game, but I would like to watch it if I can.
Today, we practiced Chapter 13. We will continue working on Chapter 13 for a little longer, and after that, we will practice Chapter 14 together.
Thank you for adjusting the class time today.
Thank you again for coming to class. See you in our next class!またね!

Thank you for joining the lesson again during the summer break. It was wonderful to see you, and I was very happy that you could attend today. In today’s class, we worked on Lesson 2, Expressing Desire — the “・・shitaidesu” phrases. We checked vocabulary, and then practiced asking and answering questions using those words. After that, we began Lesson 3, Giving the Reason. We studied “kara”, the phrase that connects two sentences. In this pattern, the reason comes first, followed by "kara”, and then the conclusion.
For example: * nichiyoubi desu kara, nihongo no benkyo o shimasu. * kono ice cream wa oishii desu kara, isshoni tabemashou. (This ice cream is delicious, let's eat it together.)
It was such a coincidence that the author of Dr. Stone has the same family name as mine. I didn’t know anything about the manga or the author until you told me. Thank you for sharing so many things with me again today. I really enjoyed our conversation. Woderful job! I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer break. I look forward to seeing you next week.
