In today lesson, we had the two of you practice the conversation and checked vocabulary from the text book.
You did well, it was trully excellent!
And we moved on to the next lesson, Chapter 2, Expressing Desires.
For example, the verb tabe-masu (to eat) becomes tabe tai desu (I want to eat).
We simply change the masu form to tai desu to express a desire. Tai desu is the polite positive form used to express a desire.
In the next lesson, we will study the polite negative form.
