are you re-organising japan racing model?
KBDB is a VZW, means non-profit organisation.
The money that they get from annual fee, KBDB rings + KBDB races they use for daily working KBDB
(The people who earn most at races are the organisators off races , like entente Belge, CC, CFW ectect)
The Belgian fanciers find already longer time that KBDB need to organise all national/international races by themself,
because now the money goes into other pockets)
CC, CFW, Entente Belge ect claim that they have the experience from the past to organise the races.
The anual fee that fanciers must pay to KBDB = 25€ i believe
The anual fee that fancier pay to club is 10€,
Clubs are also Non-Profitable compagny’s,
they receise from organisation race some € /pigeon basket,
than they hold also each year BON-Sale to get money for weekly working.
In Belgium we can play for 0€ or you can gamble up till +/- 1500€/pigeon, the fancier is free to do,
From KBDB + Organisation you only recieve a trofee or diploma

私は某社の経理部に勤務していました。会社の経理で最も重要なことは監査が機能しているかどうかです。重役は同族でしたのでお金の使い方があいまいになりやすいところ監査が監査のできる人がトップに立ち有能な監査法人事務所を使っていたので株主総会で荒れることもなく業績を伸ばせました。組織が腐ってしまうのは監査ができない人がめくら判を押すからで北野氏みたいな人が監査になれば組織は甦ります。監査の監査意見は予算通り以外にお金が使われないようの見張り番です。 東京 ..8/16 19:35（金）

同感です。名ばかりの監査は要らない。
仲間で話をしていても、この先どうなる？
な話ばかりです。やはり、第三者機関が入り、しっかり運営を望みたいっす。
